Thinking About Things and Talking to Each Other

It’s still the weekend – if you are spending a portion of it watching the unfolding news on Ukraine, I recommend that you pull your head out and swap the time for this conversation between Adam Curry and Glen Beck (their talk starts at the 3.5-minute mark). Because even if a majority portion of what the news is conveying is accurate and true, it still wont give you any ideas on moves to make to prepare yourself for the times ahead, but these guys do. These things include moving to local networks for your commerce, finance, health care, food, etc., getting your assets out of the big-bank financial system, and informing yourself with alternatives to the media (Curry is a podcaster), and for us all to think independently and not be afraid to talk to one another. For right now: have a food store and modest hoard of cash stored somewhere.
