Dear Mr. Musk,

I earnestly wish you all the best in your new undertaking to cut the mass of the federal behemoth. You must know that the deep state are hatching their plots to attack you and your assets & resources this; Trump has been under a relentless onslaught of lawfare & harassment for years. And since you acquired Twitter and liberated it from the behmoth’s tentacles (thank you), you have already seen the regulatory and other pressures of Biden’s administration ratchet up against you and your corporations. Now you will have thousands of these people rallied an effort to thwart you.

I hope you are preparing yourself for this much-intensified assault from the biggest force of regulation and intelligence & disinfo ops ever created: the deep state/MSM nexus. With the private companies you now run, you have a baked-in conflict-of-interest vulnerability that I am certain will be used to attack, discredit, and neutralize you,: If you cut federal agencies that have regulatory purview over any of your companies (e.g., DOE vis-a-vis Solar Power, DOT: Tesla, NASA: SpaceX, etc.) you will be legally attacked for corruption and conflict of interest dealings; and there will be some valid amplifiable/distortable legal basis for bringing these charges against you. Also the federal $ & contracts that you companies have received will be targets.

You have just over 60 days: please convene your legal teams appertaining to each of your companies and set them to-work seeking the extent to which bright-line legal separations can be established, by whatever devices neccessary, between your corporate and federal roles. In some cases, handing over the reigns to surrogate CEOs for 4 years may be the only clear solution. I am not telling you to do such – that is purely your decision as I know your companies are your babies. However, it is clear that for them to continue to grow, adapt, & innovate through the coming decades they will have to have a robustly private sector unmolested by govt regulation, overtaxation, & intervention along with a robust economy. And the role you are taking-on as DOGE can be a game-changer for that. Im sure there are other things you must do to fortify and gird yourself for these next four years, and I urge you to move on them with dispatch.

What we are going through now is obviously a war of power and control waged by those who want to bloodsuck against those who wish to create & build in an relatively uncontrolled and free society. So strategy and preparation are crucial. I heard you posit the possiblity that we are all living in a big simulation. I dont know about that but I do know that we are living through history’s biggest evil-conspiracy-battle movie ever; one that makes 007 and Dr. Evil look like schoolkids. Armor-up !
